I am a retired Navy Captain and had the great fortune to spend 25 years building high performing teams that thrived in fast paced and challenging environments. My greatest joy is seeing those that I helped train and coach achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a C-Suite leader I led two different startup companies from 10 – 100 employees and have consulted with a diverse set of commercial and government clients. I also serve on the Board of a third startup who is hitting their growth phase with all the excitement and stress that come with it. When I speak about the challenges of small business, it comes from personal experience with the scars to prove it.

I am a husband and a father, and in my spare time I enjoy cooking, wine, woodworking, and gardening.
